ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 10g cilantro
- 10g chives
- 20ml lemon juice
- 5g salt
- 1g black pepper
- Crudités
preparation
- Blend: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Process until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
- Pipe: Pour the mixture into a piping bag and cut the tip diagonally to serve it neatly onto an oval plate—we used the Tondo Acacia.
- Garnish: Decorate to your liking with carrots, cucumbers, edible flowers, or seeds of your choice.
