Made of cast iron finished with a toasty sesame-inspired enamel that resists chipping, cracking and rusting, the all-purpose pan has a wide, angled design that allows you to stir without spilling and the textured interior enhances browning. The pan includes a half-moon stainless steel rack and glass lid.
