Made with food-grade silicone and reinforced fiberglass mesh, the mat cooks evenly, releases and creates healthier foods without the need for greasing cookware with butter or oil. To use, line a baking pan or cookie sheet with the mat, top with cookie dough, frozen appetizers or gooey pastries, and bake.
