Rainbow Yogurt & Fruit Ice Cream
A colorful and healthy option for the little ones at home.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (can be sugar-free based on your preference)
- ½ cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Chopped fruits for topping (strawberries, kiwi, mango, blueberries)
To naturally add color, you can use:
- Strawberry or raspberry purée for pink
- Mango or pineapple for yellow
- Blueberries for blue
- Grapes or blackberries for purple
Instructions:
Prepare the base
Mix the yogurt, milk, and honey in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Divide and color
Split the mixture into small bowls. Add a tablespoon of fruit purée to each to color the portions.
Create the rainbow ice cream
Pour the different colored mixtures in layers into the Ninja Creami container. Don’t overmix — the goal is to keep the colors visible when processed.
Freeze
Cover the container and freeze for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
Process in the Ninja Creami
Place the container in the machine and select the “Light Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” function (if you used non-fat yogurt). Process until smooth.
Serve with fun toppings
Add fresh fruit pieces, colorful sprinkles, or mini cookies on top.
