Deeper than a traditional frying pan, this saute pan from All-Clad features a large surface area and tall, straight sides to keep in juices and allow for easy turning. Bonded to the aluminum core is a stainless steel interior that sears impeccably and a magnetic stainless exterior polished to a high shine. Tight-fitting stainless lid locks in heat, moisture and flavor, adding steaming, braising and warming capabilities to the mix. The long, securely riveted handle stays cool while cooking.
